MAGENTO 2.X

Magento 2.x is the new version of Magento Community. A whole new version of the free Magento platform has been developed. For many years, Magento has been the premier platform for growing and ambitious e-retailers. The platform is open, which means it can expand properly as your webshop grows - just as quickly as you want and as much as you want. In this new version of Magento, technical and functional changes that simplify the development process and make Magento 2.0 more user-friendly have been made, taking this platform a step into the future.

A big limitation in the past, however, has been page-loading times. In the new Magento 2.x, pages will load in 1-2 seconds, which is well within the class of licensed platforms.
